Great news for the people of Northeast Iowa! On Monday, August 1, 2022 at the Secretary of State’s office in Des Moines, Sean Schriver of Dubuque filed to be included on the November 8th General Election ballot.
Mr. Schriver is running as a candidate of the Libertarian Party of Iowa, against Lindsay James, the current Democratic Representative of Iowa House District 99; there is no Republican candidate currently on the ballot. With the redistricting of offices across Iowa before this election cycle, Ms. James is running to fill the open House District 71 seat.
